Providence Landing

Prod - Providence

Located in Vandenberg Village on 140 acres of hillside adjacent to the Burton Mesa Ecological Preserve. Providence Landing consists of 266 single family homes and 65 town homes with community amenities which include: a 2,400 sq. ft. community club house a pool and, spa a 12-acre park, 7 miles of paved hiking & biking trails, ball fields, sport courts, and two tennis courts.
Providence Landing is in its final phase of construction.

Old Mill Run

Old Mill Run is located on 16 acres in the heart of Old Town Orcutt.  The management team of CPDG managed the map recordation, architecture approval, land development and continues the construction of the remaining homes.  Of the 54 lots 3 lots are set aside for workforce housing.  The average lot size is 8,000 sqft and the homes range from 1900 sqft to just over 3000 sqft.  CPDG completed the land development of the second phase in August of 2011 and continues to gain sales momentum.

The Enclave at Harp Springs

The Enclave at Harp Springs consists of 44 single family lots on 20 acres overlooking Orcutt Creek.  The six home plans range in size from 2379 sqft to 3000 sqft but it is the unique up hill and downhill elevations and floor plans that made Harps Springs a successful project in the most difficult of times.  CPDG managed every aspect of this project from final map recordation to the sale of the last home and the associated customer service.

Laguna Court

Laguna Court is an 18 unit residential condominium development, located in downtown Santa Barbara.  This project has thirteen new townhomes and three remodeled Craftsman style homes clustered around an open space and a motor court, creating an intimate residential environment.  Two of the remodeled homes have attached rental units.  The land development was started in late 2004 and the project was completed the end of 2005.  Sales prices ranged from $800K to $1.75M, total revenue was $16.6M, the units range in size from 451 SF to 1,708 SF and have between one and four bedrooms.

La Aldea

Designed as a live work project with zoning for a commercial office on the ground floor and  the convenience of being three blocks off State Street, La Aldea maintains the traditional Santa Barbara architectural roots with some contemporary interior flare. Featured in Builder Magazine each of the 1700 sqft units have their own sun deck off the master suite with separate entrances for the commercial/office components.This project was completed in 2006.

Agave Court

Agave Court continued our infill niche in Santa Barbara, although only a six unit project completed in 2006.  Agave Court blends into a residential neighborhood as originally designed to do.  Each of the six homes are unique in their layout and positioning on this ¾ acre site which finishes that reflect the average price point of $1.4mil.

Summerland Cottages

The Cottages at Summerland is beautifully planned 14-acre enclave of traditionally styled cottages. Ten of the 14-acres is dedicated open space and parkland. This was the first project entitled and built in Santa Barbara by the CPDG team who managed the map recordation, architectural design, construction and sales. The project sold at an average sales price of $1.2M and was completed in 2002. The 20 single family homes and 10 inclusionary units continue the charm and character of Summerland and has since become a gated enclave.

Canon Perdido

These two single family homes set a standard of design and incorporated finishes which we only now see in our custom homes. Each home was designed  with a unique floor plan that took advantage of the lot characteristics and provided seclusion and privacy for each owner. The design entitlement, and construction was also managed in house.

Villa del Mar

In the heart of Santa Barbara’s beach front is one of the most hotly contested entitlement projects in Santa Barbara. Today though Villa del Mar is an award winning infill development that is enjoyed by its homeowners and local residents drawn to success of Metropolis the gourmet commercial market and the lavish landscaping.

At 15 units per acre this 40 unit condominium project reflects the attention to detail and passion that it took to gain City approval and overcome appeals. Now accolades such as Golden Nugget Awards and numerous Santa Barbara Beautiful awards Villa del Mar is as much a success of the CPDG executive team as it is the homeowners who appreciate the design, location and now live out our vision.

Burton Ridge Townhomes

A component in the approval of the Providence Landing was 65 inclusionary units at Burton Ridge town homes . These homes were design and built as a mixture of single and two story townhomes with their own club house. Being visible from the park and single family homes, it was important that the design and exterior finishes mirrored those utilized in the design of the adjacent park and single family clubhouse. The fortunate owners of these homes qualified to purchase each home through a homeownership program with the County of Santa Barbara.
